“ I ordered a mystery bag from the Too Good To Go app. I had never been to this cafe, but it's close to work so I thought I'd try it. WOW! The tomato basil soup is delicious! Cake was yummy. I haven't tried the sandwich or salad yet because they have meat and I am a vegetarian, but my husband can't wait for me to get home and bring his "dinner". The restaurant is not only clean, but very laid back and nice. The server was so sweet and helpful. I will definitely be going back, whether for more mystery boxes or just to have a nice lunch or delicious cup of coffee. The flavors on the board looked very interesting! ”

“ I've visted Fountain Place Cafe several times for lunch. Other than a black bean soup I ordered once and didn't like, I've been a fan of their sandwiches and soup. A few co-workers and I had lunch here recently and I ordered the shrimp and corn chowder soup as well as a pulled BBQ chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. One of my co workers ordered a beef gyro and enjoyed his sandwich as well. I'll keep coming back for the pleasant customer service and delicious sandwiches. ”

“ Had an iced matcha with cream, really good not too sweet. The pistachio croissant was absolutely delicious, very rich and creamy. Only ate half and saved 1/2 for later. ”

“ Great little place! It's a challenge to get to from the street but the food is good and the staff is very friendly and the space is cozy and clean. I had a chicken salad and corn chowder. Definitely recommend if you're in the area. ”

“ STOP!!! WHY ARE YOU NOT INSIDE HERE NOW! You're missing out and I'm here to tell you. So far I really love this cafe! They serve tons of different Coffee, Espresso, Hot tea, Chai, and has a massive list of flavors and syrups they offer! They have breakfast all day no matter what time your getting to work you can get breakfast! I love the French dip sandwich! It's way better then Applebee's French dip, taste fresher and the dipping sauce is plentiful. The soup is good, I've had the Texas Chili (Contains NO BEANS) How TEXANS Eat there chili... If you add beans to chili your lost and need to make a detour back outside the state lines.... (I'm joking...) calm down. They have a cooler on the right when you walk in and can quickly grab a sandwich and drink, snack or chips to quickly get something ToGo to get back to work or back to your fancy apartment on the Fountain Place! Walking up further past the door, your greeted by a counter with display of there Flatbread option, they have hot sandwiches and soup usually daily/weekly rotation. BAKED GOODS ALERT - Cookies and cupcakes, chocolate Danish things and more. Prices are very affordable for coffee, much cheaper then the forbidden Starbucks and it's only few more steps from there. Don't know where to park? There's street parking super close to it. You have no reason to keep reading this review, your mind is made up and your going to come here and Try It Out! (No I do not work for them, or paid to say this Karen!) I'm still wondering why your not here yet! I'll be by the window sipping my hot tea waiving at you to come in. ”

“ So pleased with a nice all-day breakfast option in downtown Dallas for a reasonable price! I had the breakfast burrito for $4.00 ?! …and it filled me up. It was not your small, typical breakfast taco, it was medium-sized and filling enough for only one. Plenty of seating, different seating options for kick back and relax cushion chairs or tables. Even outdoor seating next to a very pleasant water fountain display. I was staying at the Fairmont and walked just around the corner… so convenient. Update - I went back for oatmeal… so good. ”
